I’m definitely always going to have ‘family dinners’. Home cooked meals everyday, no TV (maybe sometimes…). I just feel like the era that our kids will grow up in, will be so ‘grown up’ that it’ll probably take extra to make sure that they have a strong sense of identity/family

The body can produce almost all of the essential amino acids necessary to build proteins, except for ten amino acids. However, these ten can often be found in cultural staples like rice and beans, etc. I just find it amazing that humans somehow figured out that eating this combo of food was vital, even before the science existed.
